What counts as an API request?
Each call to any endpoint counts as one request. Batch endpoints count as one request regardless of how many items are in the batch (up to the batch limit).
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens if I exceed my request limit?
We'll send you a warning at 80% usage. If you exceed your limit, requests will return a 429 status code. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.
Is a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) available?
Yes, BAA is included with Enterprise plans and available as an add-on for Business plans. Contact us to get started.
How is the data kept up to date?
